PASTEL  - Did you know the Pastel is the recessive color in cockatiel mutations to behave in a "dominant" mode over Whiteface? This does NOT mean Pastel is
dominant. Rather, it is because the Whiteface mutation is a double recessive mutation.
 Therefore, although  Pastel is an autosomal recessive, it is recessive to all mutations
except Whiteface.
