Aviculture, Inc., and the co-Adoption/Placement Coordinator for the Cockatiel
Foundation, Inc. She is the author of the Foundation's "Cockatiel Cuisine Recipes"
available to new members who join online, and is the writer behind the Cockatiel
Chef for the Cockatiel Chronicle. She is certified in the following: Pet Industry Joint
Advisory Council (PIJAC) Certified Avian Specialist & PIJAC Companion Animal
Care Specialist, Veterinary Assistant Certification, 4-H Master Pet PALS Advisor,
Cleveland Animal Protection League Volunteer and Red Cross Pet First Aid
Instructor. Sassy works with placing birds and other animals and is an
Environmental and Animal Education Speaker.
