Genevieve Wall, JD, California
Genevieve Wall received her Juris Doctor from Western State University and is a licensed
California attorney-at-law operating a law practice in Laguina Hills, California since 1981.
Her area of specialization is in trust law, estate planning law, probate law and wills law.
She is a Member of the Estate Planning and Elder Law Sections of Orange County, the
State Bar of California and a recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Torts.
Genny serves as the Advisor to the Board of the Avicultural Society of America, Inc. the
Legal Advisory Board Member to the National Animal Interest Alliance, Inc. and Legal
Advisor to the Cockatiel Foundation, Inc. She is the Southern California Regional Director
serving on the Board of Directors of the American Federation of Aviculture, Inc. and
represents AFA affiliated bird clubs and their members in that region. Genny is also the
AFA Legislative Vice President and in that capacity is responsible for monitoring proposed
legislation that impacts aviculture, and is charged with keeping the AFA Board, its
membership, the general public and government officials informed on legislative issues
that relate to aviculture. In her personal life, Genny has been a life-long advocate for animal
welfare, and her work with AFA and other organizations is a natural extension of that
avocation. CF is most fortunate to have Genny as one of its AFA Delegates as an AFA
national specialty organization and as our Foundation's Legal Advisor.
