LOCATIONS & SIGHTINGS Cockatiels are strong flyers and can cover great distances in short periods of time, therefore the states, rather than cities are highlighted. Some cockatiels are known to join small flocks of birds that lead them to bird feeders to find food. They can also pair with other escaped cockatiels, parrot-type or wild birds. Description/Color: Normal Grey male
Date Missing: 4/4/2009
Last seen: Today, our 5 year old male cockatiel named
Lucky abruptly slipped out of the front door and flew
away around the area between N 19th Ave and W
Peoria Ave, in the Sunnyslope area. We live right next to
the bottom of Shaw Butte mountain. He escaped at
about 5:00 pm. His wings weren't completely clipped at
the time, so he caught a gust of wind when someone
opened the front door for a moment, and that's all it
took for him to fly out of sight. I'm rather distressed and
he's extremely missed. If you live in that area, and
happen to spot him or hear of a cockatiel in your
neighborhood, I'd appreciate any help / information you
can give.

cheeks, fies well, scared of loud sounds, loves to sing when she is happy, and she is noisy.
She is scared of moving objects when she does not know what it is, she trIes to stare at it and
listens to it. She will get used to a loud sound if it last for a long time. She likes to stand on
people's heads, shoulders or objects that are very high. She is friendly. She is scared of cats -
if it runs after her she is sometimes aggressive to cats and pecks. She flies high, loves when
people rub her head, and tries to get your attention to do it. She has black eyes."

Sarum is by the appartments where we live (over by
the red brick church.) We know Sarum is in that
area because our neighbors say they keep seeing
him and we keep hearing Sarum's chirps in the
area. When our neighbors spot Sarum, she keeps
flying off to another spot in the location and we lose
track of where she went. Sarun is always seen on
or near the tree tops.. We have notified all vet
hospitals in Rigby,
